Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 8 oz white chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in melted white chocolate and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Scoop dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
- Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until set and crinkled.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Do not overbake to keep the cookies soft and tender. Dough can be tinted with food coloring for a festive Valentine’s look.
