Ingredients

- 2 jalapeño peppers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 green onions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Roughly chop the jalapeños, garlic, and green onions.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed.
- Chill before serving for best flavor.
Notes
For less heat, remove the seeds from the jalapeños before blending.
