Description

A one-pan Philly cheesesteak skillet loaded with ground beef, peppers, onions, and melted cheese for an easy, hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onions and peppers, sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Push vegetables to the side of the skillet and add ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook until browned.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mix everything together.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef and vegetable mixture. Cover skillet with a lid until the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Serve as is for a low-carb option, or with toasted hoagie rolls for a classic Philly cheesesteak flavor.
