Description
A one-pan Philly cheesesteak skillet loaded with ground beef, peppers, onions, and melted cheese for an easy, hearty meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onions and peppers, sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Push vegetables to the side of the skillet and add ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook until browned.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and mix everything together.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef and vegetable mixture. Cover skillet with a lid until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Serve as is for a low-carb option, or with toasted hoagie rolls for a classic Philly cheesesteak flavor.
