Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen cheese pierogies
  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Add pierogies, sliced sausage, bell peppers, and onion to the sheet pan.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
  7. Spread into an even layer.
  8. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. Remove from the oven when pierogies are golden and sausage is browned.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
