- 1 package frozen cheese pierogies
- 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Add pierogies, sliced sausage, bell peppers, and onion to the sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss everything together until evenly coated.
- Spread into an even layer.
- Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven when pierogies are golden and sausage is browned.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve with sour cream or mustard on the side for extra flavor.
