A simple and effective detox and hydration trick using pink Himalayan salt and lemon to kickstart your day naturally.
Ingredients

- 1 glass (8–12 oz) warm filtered water
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt, finely ground, food-grade
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice (about 1/4 lemon)
- 1 tsp raw honey (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions
- Warm a glass of filtered water until it’s comfortably warm, not hot.
- Add 1/4 tsp of finely ground Himalayan pink salt.
- Squeeze in 1/2 tsp of fresh lemon juice (about 1/4 lemon).
- Add 1 tsp of raw honey if desired for sweetness.
- Stir well until everything is dissolved.
- Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
Make sure to use food-grade Himalayan salt only. Best consumed fresh and daily for optimal benefits.
