Description

A simple and effective detox and hydration trick using pink Himalayan salt and lemon to kickstart your day naturally.


Ingredients

  • 1 glass (8–12 oz) warm filtered water
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt, finely ground, food-grade
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice (about 1/4 lemon)
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Warm a glass of filtered water until it’s comfortably warm, not hot.
  2. Add 1/4 tsp of finely ground Himalayan pink salt.
  3. Squeeze in 1/2 tsp of fresh lemon juice (about 1/4 lemon).
  4. Add 1 tsp of raw honey if desired for sweetness.
  5. Stir well until everything is dissolved.
  6. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

Make sure to use food-grade Himalayan salt only. Best consumed fresh and daily for optimal benefits.
