Description

Festive pumpkin cake pops, coated in chocolate and decorated for the perfect fall treat or Halloween party.


Ingredients

  • 1 box pumpkin spice cake mix
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting
  • 2 cups white or dark chocolate melts
  • Orange and green candy melts (optional, for decoration)
  • Sprinkles or candy eyes (optional)
  • Lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Bake the pumpkin spice cake according to package instructions, then let it cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
  3. Add pumpkin puree and cream cheese frosting, mixing until a moist dough forms.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Insert a lollipop stick into each ball and freeze for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  6. Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  7. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, tapping off the excess.
  8. Decorate with sprinkles, candy eyes, or melted candy colors as desired.
  9. Let cake pops set upright in a styrofoam block or stand until hardened.
