Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package (100g) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package (350g) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Candy pumpkins or gummy worms for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together milk and instant pudding mix until thickened.
  2. Stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  4. In serving cups or a large dish, layer crushed cookies and pumpkin pudding mixture, repeating layers until filled.
  5. Finish with a layer of crushed cookies on top.
  6. Decorate with candy pumpkins or gummy worms for a fun look.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
