- 1 package (350g) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 2 cups whipped topping
- Candy pumpkins or gummy worms for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together milk and instant pudding mix until thickened.
- Stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped topping.
- In serving cups or a large dish, layer crushed cookies and pumpkin pudding mixture, repeating layers until filled.
- Finish with a layer of crushed cookies on top.
- Decorate with candy pumpkins or gummy worms for a fun look.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the pudding mixture. Best served chilled.
