Ingredients

- 1 cup purple grapes (seedless)
- 1/2 cup dragon fruit (purple flesh)
- 1/2 cup sliced purple sweet potato (cooked and cooled)
- 1/2 tsp acai powder or mangosteen powder
- 1/2 cup cold water or coconut water
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- 2–3 ice cubes
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust with lemon juice if desired.
- Serve immediately, chilled.
Notes
Perfect as a post-workout refreshment or a glowing skin booster. Add more coconut water if you prefer a thinner texture.
