Description

A quick and easy Thanksgiving casserole made in the air fryer, packed with festive flavors and perfect for saving oven space.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked stuffing
  • 1 cup green bean casserole
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup turkey gravy
  • Cooking spray
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly spray a small casserole dish that fits inside your air fryer with cooking spray.
  3. Layer stuffing evenly on the bottom of the dish.
  4. Add a layer of shredded turkey, then mashed potatoes.
  5. Spoon green bean casserole over the potatoes.
  6. Pour gravy evenly across the top.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Place casserole dish inside air fryer basket.
  9. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted and golden.
  10. Remove carefully and let cool slightly before serving.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
