Description

A quick and ultra-creamy garlic sauce that comes together in minutes, perfect for pasta, chicken, vegetables, or dipping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
  4. Let simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Add a splash of pasta water to thin the sauce if needed.
