- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
- Let simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Remove from heat and garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
Serve immediately for best texture. Add a splash of pasta water to thin the sauce if needed.
