A creamy and tangy Remoulade Sauce recipe that’s perfect for topping your favorite sandwiches, salads, and vegetables. Made with a blend of mayonnaise, mustard, and spices, this sauce is a game-changer for any meal!
Ingredients

- 1 & 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 & 1/2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard (or creole mustard)
- 1 tablespoon paprika (sweet or smoked)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning (*see note)
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice (dill or sweet)
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (Tabasco or Sriracha)
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- Grind of black pepper
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Notes
Note: If using Creole seasoning, start with 1/2 teaspoon and adjust to taste. For a lighter consistency, add a tablespoon or two of water or lemon juice.
