- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- Extra powdered sugar for coating
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Cream the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Add flour and salt, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Shape dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until set but not browned.
- Let cookies cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar.
- Once fully cooled, roll again in powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh walnuts and avoid overbaking to keep the cookies tender.
