- 1 pound salmon filets (skin removed)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, maple syrup (or honey), soy sauce (or coconut aminos), minced ginger, and garlic salt.
- Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Let the salmon marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the marinated salmon pieces and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm with extra sauce or over rice if desired.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the salmon to keep it juicy. You can substitute maple syrup with honey for a slightly different flavor.
