Instructions

  1. Drain the salmon and remove bones if needed.
  2. In a large bowl, mix salmon with eggs, breadcrumbs, onions, and any optional add-ins.
  3. Form into patties with your hands.
  4. Heat a bit of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and heated through.
