Description

A flavorful roast salmon dish topped with bold, nutty, and spicy salsa macha, perfect for an easy yet impressive meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 150g each)
  • 3 tbsp salsa macha
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon salsa macha generously over each salmon fillet.
  5. Roast in the oven for 12–15 minutes until salmon is just cooked through and flakes easily.
  6. Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lime juice over the salmon.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon with salsa macha for 30 minutes before roasting.
