- 2 (8 ounce) bottles Italian dressing
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 4 pounds bone-in chicken parts
Instructions
- Whisk together Italian dressing, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, mustard, ginger and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Place chicken in a large resealable bag and pour marinade over it. Marinate 4+ hours (or overnight).
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange chicken skin-side up in baking dish.
- Baste with marinade and bake 35-45 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Broil 2-3 minutes for extra crispy skin. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
