Description

Juicy, flavorful ground beef burgers cooked all at once on a sheet pan – perfect for feeding a crowd with minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 8 burger buns
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, condiments

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared sheet pan, about 1/2-inch thick.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until beef is fully cooked.
  5. Remove from oven, drain any excess grease, and cut into square or rectangular patties.
  6. Toast burger buns if desired.
  7. Assemble burgers with patties and your favorite toppings.

Notes

Great for meal prep – cook once and have burgers ready for the week. Use lean ground beef to reduce excess grease.
