Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 8 burger buns
- Toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles, condiments
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared sheet pan, about 1/2-inch thick.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until beef is fully cooked.
- Remove from oven, drain any excess grease, and cut into square or rectangular patties.
- Toast burger buns if desired.
- Assemble burgers with patties and your favorite toppings.
Notes
Great for meal prep – cook once and have burgers ready for the week. Use lean ground beef to reduce excess grease.
