  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  4. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Brush the mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan generously over each piece.
  7. Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up on the sheet pan.
  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  10. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan and do not overcrowd the sheet pan to ensure crispy skin.
