- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan generously over each piece.
- Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up on the sheet pan.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan and do not overcrowd the sheet pan to ensure crispy skin.
