This simple Christmas tiffin is a festive no-bake treat packed with biscuits, dried fruit, chocolate, and holiday cheer. Perfect for gifting or enjoying with a cup of tea.

- 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 100g mixed dried fruit
- 100g glacé cherries, halved
- 100g mini marshmallows
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 100g unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
- Optional: white chocolate for drizzling and festive sprinkles
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square tin with baking paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed biscuits, dried fruit, cherries, and mini marshmallows.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt together dark chocolate, milk chocolate, butter, and golden syrup. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and stir to coat evenly.
- Transfer mixture into the prepared tin and press down firmly.
- Optional: Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the top. Add festive sprinkles if desired.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Perfect make-ahead treat for Christmas parties or edible gifts.
