Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced apples, toasted pecans, feta (or goat cheese), and dried cranberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.

Notes
