- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, spinach, and garlic.
- Stuff the mixture evenly into each chicken breast.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
