- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken thighs and cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and minced garlic.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Pour the Bang Bang sauce over the chicken thighs.
- Turn the chicken to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce is warmed and slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
