Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken thighs and cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and minced garlic.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Pour the Bang Bang sauce over the chicken thighs.
  7. Turn the chicken to coat evenly in the sauce.
  8. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce is warmed and slightly thickened.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
