Ingredients
Scale
- 3 lb. boneless turkey breast (we use Butterball Boneless Turkey Breast Roast)
- 4 tablespoons salted butter, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons flour or cornstarch + 2 teaspoons cold water
Instructions
- Pat turkey breast dry and place in slow cooker.
- Mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika to create herb butter.
- Rub herb butter mixture all over turkey breast, including under the skin if applicable.
- Pour chicken broth around the turkey in the slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Remove turkey and let rest. Whisk flour/cornstarch slurry into slow cooker juices and cook on HIGH for 15 minutes to thicken gravy.
- Slice turkey and serve with gravy.
Notes
Tips: For gluten-free, use cornstarch instead of flour. Add rosemary or thyme for extra flavor. Leftovers stay fresh 3-4 days in refrigerator or 2 months frozen.
