Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the chicken thighs skin-side down until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the chicken thighs to the slow cooker.
  5. Add sliced onion and minced garlic over the chicken.
  6. In a bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
