Description
A comforting and creamy slow cooker ground beef stroganoff, perfect for busy weeknights. Tender beef in a rich mushroom sauce served over noodles for a hearty meal the whole family will love.

- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can (300ml) cream of mushroom soup
- 120ml beef broth
- 180g sour cream
- 300g egg noodles, cooked
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the beef to the slow cooker. Add onion, garlic, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth. Mix well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in the sour cream just before serving. Cook for an additional 10 minutes on low.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream if preferred. Add a splash of milk if the sauce is too thick after slow cooking.
