- 2 lbs chicken breast, cut into smaller pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¾ cup creamy Parmesan garlic sauce (such as Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce)
- 1 ½ lbs golden potatoes, cut into smaller pieces
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Lightly grease the slow cooker with olive oil or nonstick spray.
- Add chicken pieces and golden potatoes to the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix Parmesan garlic sauce with water, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour sauce mixture over chicken and potatoes, stirring gently to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, remove the lid for the last 30 minutes of cooking. You can substitute chicken thighs for a richer flavor.
