Description
A delightful twist on the classic deviled eggs, filled with creamy smoked salmon and topped with fresh radish slices for a crunchy, elegant bite.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 oz smoked salmon, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- Fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to ice water and let cool before peeling.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
- Mash yolks in a bowl with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in smoked salmon.
- Spoon or pipe mixture into egg whites.
- Top each egg with radish slices and fresh dill.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
For a smoother filling, blend the yolk mixture with a food processor before adding the smoked salmon.
