- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, sliced

- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
- Stir in the sliced smoked sausage.
- Spread everything evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Stir halfway through cooking for even browning.
- Sprinkle with dried herbs before serving.
