Ingredients

- 400g Halloween-shaped pasta (pumpkins, bats, etc., or regular pasta)
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese cubes (or mozzarella balls)
- 1/2 cup bell peppers (orange and green), diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, olives, tomatoes, cheese, bell peppers, red onion, and parsley.
- Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
Notes
