- ¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Place a baking dish filled with 1” of hot water on the oven’s bottom rack.
- Blend: In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Blend until smooth (20–30 seconds).
- Prep: Grease a muffin tin thoroughly. Divide bacon and shredded cheese evenly among 6 cups.
