- 4 chicken breasts
- 100g cream cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Toothpicks or kitchen twine
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, and minced garlic.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast without slicing all the way through.
- Season the outside of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture.
- Secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine to keep filling inside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature cream cheese and pat the chicken dry before seasoning.
