- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 200g cooked salmon, flaked
- 100g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Japanese mayonnaise (Kewpie)
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (or more to taste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Nori sheets, cut into pieces
- Chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the cooked rice with rice vinegar and spread it in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the flaked salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Spread the salmon mixture over the rice.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the top is slightly golden.
- Serve warm, topped with green onions, sesame seeds, and with nori sheets on the side.
