Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Lemon wedges and chopped parsley for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush generously with the glaze.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for a caramelized top.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
This glaze also works well on shrimp or chicken. For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of sriracha to the glaze.
