  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Description

This Sweet Glazed Salmon is a quick and elegant dish featuring tender salmon fillets coated in a sticky, sweet-savory glaze made with honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Perfect for busy weeknights or impressive dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Lemon wedges and chopped parsley for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush generously with the glaze.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for a caramelized top.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

This glaze also works well on shrimp or chicken. For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of sriracha to the glaze.
