Flaky golden croissants filled with seasoned taco meat, cheese, and all your favorite taco flavors – an easy twist on taco night.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • Sour cream and salsa, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmering until thickened.
  4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  5. Spoon taco meat onto each triangle, sprinkle with cheese, and roll into croissants.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Top with diced tomatoes, olives, and green onions if desired.
  9. Serve warm with sour cream and salsa.

Notes

You can substitute ground chicken or turkey for the beef. Great for parties or an easy weeknight dinner.
