Flaky golden croissants filled with seasoned taco meat, cheese, and all your favorite taco flavors – an easy twist on taco night.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- Sour cream and salsa, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmering until thickened.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spoon taco meat onto each triangle, sprinkle with cheese, and roll into croissants.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Top with diced tomatoes, olives, and green onions if desired.
- Serve warm with sour cream and salsa.
Notes
You can substitute ground chicken or turkey for the beef. Great for parties or an easy weeknight dinner.
