- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper, and mixed vegetables.
- Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Arrange tater tots evenly over the cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, until tots are golden and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
