Description

A hearty and comforting casserole layered with ground beef, creamy soup, cheese, and crispy tater tots.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper, and mixed vegetables.
  4. Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Arrange tater tots evenly over the cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, until tots are golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
