- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 red chili, sliced (optional for heat)
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Cooked jasmine rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and chili.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the turkey is fully coated in the sauce.
- Remove from heat and stir in fresh Thai basil until wilted.
- Serve hot over jasmine rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced bell peppers or green beans. Adjust chili for desired spice level.
