Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili paste or sriracha
  • 24 tablespoons warm water

Instructions

  1. Add the peanut butter to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk in the soy sauce and fish sauce until smooth.
  3. Add brown sugar, lime juice, and rice vinegar.
  4. Mix in sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  5. Stir in chili paste or sriracha to taste.
  6. Gradually whisk in warm water until the sauce reaches a smooth, pourable consistency.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Notes

This sauce thickens as it sits. Add a little warm water before serving if needed.
