- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon chili paste or sriracha
- 2–4 tablespoons warm water
Instructions
- Add the peanut butter to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk in the soy sauce and fish sauce until smooth.
- Add brown sugar, lime juice, and rice vinegar.
- Mix in sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Stir in chili paste or sriracha to taste.
- Gradually whisk in warm water until the sauce reaches a smooth, pourable consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Notes
This sauce thickens as it sits. Add a little warm water before serving if needed.
