Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 4 cups prepared stuffing
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup turkey gravy (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded turkey, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and seasonings.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Top with prepared stuffing and drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the casserole is hot and the stuffing is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving. Serve with extra gravy if desired.

Notes

This recipe is an excellent way to use Thanksgiving leftovers. You can substitute chicken for turkey and add cranberry sauce on the side for a festive touch.
