- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, peas, corn, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Spoon the stuffing evenly over the top.
- Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing if desired.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
