Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, peas, corn, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spoon the stuffing evenly over the top.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing if desired.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
