Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 2 pears, diced
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine diced apples, pears, grapes, cranberries, and pecans.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and toss gently to prevent browning.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and salt to make the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve cold, optionally garnished with a sprinkle of extra pecans or cinnamon.

Notes

Use firm, sweet apples like Honeycrisp and ripe but firm pears. This salad can be made a few hours ahead for easy prep.
