Description

These Thanksgiving Leftover Hand Pies are the perfect way to enjoy all your favorite holiday flavors in one bite-sized, buttery, flaky crust. Great for a cozy snack or next-day meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1/2 cup stuffing
  • 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup gravy (plus extra for dipping)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pie crusts and cut into equal-sized rounds using a large cookie cutter or glass.
  3. On half the rounds, layer a spoonful of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and a drizzle of gravy.
  4. Top with another crust round and press edges with a fork to seal.
  5. Whisk egg with water and brush over the tops of each hand pie.
  6. Cut a small slit in the top of each pie for steam to escape.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly and serve with extra warm gravy on the side.
