These Thanksgiving Leftover Hand Pies are the perfect way to enjoy all your favorite holiday flavors in one bite-sized, buttery, flaky crust. Great for a cozy snack or next-day meal!

- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
- 1 cup cooked turkey, chopped
- 1/2 cup stuffing
- 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup gravy (plus extra for dipping)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pie crusts and cut into equal-sized rounds using a large cookie cutter or glass.
- On half the rounds, layer a spoonful of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and a drizzle of gravy.
- Top with another crust round and press edges with a fork to seal.
- Whisk egg with water and brush over the tops of each hand pie.
- Cut a small slit in the top of each pie for steam to escape.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and serve with extra warm gravy on the side.
