A hearty casserole made with Thanksgiving leftovers layered with turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cheese for the ultimate comfort meal.
Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 cups leftover stuffing
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup turkey gravy
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked vegetables (green beans, corn, or carrots)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter.
- Spread the stuffing evenly as the first layer.
- Add shredded turkey on top of the stuffing.
- Spread cooked vegetables over the turkey.
- Drizzle half of the gravy over the layers.
- Spread mashed potatoes evenly on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mashed potatoes.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until heated through and cheese is golden.
- Serve hot with the remaining gravy on the side.
Notes
You can add cranberry sauce on the side for extra flavor. This casserole is great for using up all Thanksgiving leftovers in one dish.
