A quick and delicious way to enjoy Thanksgiving leftovers by wrapping turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and gravy in a warm tortilla.

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup leftover turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup stuffing
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup gravy
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter or oil for toasting
Instructions
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and layer with turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and cheese if using.
- Drizzle with a spoonful of gravy.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly into a wrap.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Toast the wrap seam-side down until golden brown, then flip and toast the other side.
- Slice in half, serve warm, and enjoy with extra gravy for dipping.
Notes
You can customize this wrap with mashed potatoes, green beans, or any other Thanksgiving leftovers you have on hand.
