Description

Savory Thanksgiving sliders made with turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce – the perfect bite-sized holiday treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup prepared stuffing
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey with onion soup mix, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form small patties and cook in a skillet until fully cooked.
  4. Slice slider buns in half and place bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer with cooked turkey patties, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and cheese slices.
  6. Top with the other halves of the buns.
  7. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley over the tops of the buns.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

These sliders are perfect for using Thanksgiving leftovers. You can swap in roast turkey slices instead of ground turkey for a shortcut.
