Savory Thanksgiving sliders made with turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce – the perfect bite-sized holiday treat.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup prepared stuffing
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 6 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey with onion soup mix, salt, and pepper.
- Form small patties and cook in a skillet until fully cooked.
- Slice slider buns in half and place bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer with cooked turkey patties, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and cheese slices.
- Top with the other halves of the buns.
- Brush melted butter mixed with garlic powder and parsley over the tops of the buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
These sliders are perfect for using Thanksgiving leftovers. You can swap in roast turkey slices instead of ground turkey for a shortcut.
