Description

These Thanksgiving Stuffing Rolls are a genius way to use leftover stuffing and create a warm, golden, flaky bite that’s perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups leftover stuffing
  • 1/4 cup chicken or turkey broth
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Cranberry sauce, for serving (optional)
  • Gravy, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix leftover stuffing with broth until moist and moldable but not soggy.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into 3 equal rectangles.
  4. Place a line of stuffing mixture down the center of each rectangle and roll up like a burrito, sealing the edges with egg wash.
  5. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with remaining egg wash.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving with cranberry sauce or gravy.

Notes

Perfect for using Thanksgiving leftovers in a creative and delicious way. You can also add bits of leftover turkey for extra flavor!
