These Thanksgiving Stuffing Rolls are a genius way to use leftover stuffing and create a warm, golden, flaky bite that’s perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients

- 3 cups leftover stuffing
- 1/4 cup chicken or turkey broth
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Cranberry sauce, for serving (optional)
- Gravy, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix leftover stuffing with broth until moist and moldable but not soggy.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into 3 equal rectangles.
- Place a line of stuffing mixture down the center of each rectangle and roll up like a burrito, sealing the edges with egg wash.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with remaining egg wash.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving with cranberry sauce or gravy.
