- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika evenly over the chicken thighs.
- Rub the seasoning into the chicken on all sides.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For crispier skin, broil the chicken for the last 2–3 minutes while watching closely.
