  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika evenly over the chicken thighs.
  6. Rub the seasoning into the chicken on all sides.
  7. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes.
  8. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
