- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Lemon slices and fresh dill, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or ziplock bag and pour the marinade over.
- Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
- Remove salmon from marinade and grill skin-side down for 5-6 minutes.
- Flip carefully and grill for another 3-4 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Serve with lemon slices and garnish with fresh dill if desired.
Notes
Let the salmon rest a few minutes after grilling to keep it juicy. For best flavor, don’t skip the marination step!
