Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and water
- Whisk in sugar until fully dissolved
- Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and toasted sesame oil
- Stir in chili crisp and optional Sichuan pepper oil
- Fold in green onions, pepitas, and roasted peanuts
- Let sauce sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld
- Top with sesame seeds before serving if desired
