Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and water
  2. Whisk in sugar until fully dissolved
  3. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and toasted sesame oil
  4. Stir in chili crisp and optional Sichuan pepper oil
  5. Fold in green onions, pepitas, and roasted peanuts
  6. Let sauce sit for 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld
  7. Top with sesame seeds before serving if desired
