Ingredients

- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice from 1 large lime

- 1/4 tsp. black pepper, more to taste
Instructions
- Dice the peaches, tomato, and red onion, and place in a bowl.
- Add the minced jalapeño and chopped cilantro.
- Squeeze in the lime juice and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with chips or as a topping for grilled meats.
Notes
Use ripe but firm peaches for best texture. Adjust jalapeño quantity for desired spice level.
