- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ small onion, minced

- ½ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup half-and-half
- ¼ teaspoon paprika (Optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Peel the potatoes and slice them into 1/4-inch rounds.
